The website may use standard server logs and cookies for security and basic site analytics. We do **not** use third-party advertising networks, cross-app tracking, or data brokers. The App does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or health data. — ## 3. How we use your information We use the information we collect to: – Create and maintain your vendor account – Process and fulfill wholesale orders – Route orders to your assigned Reyes Beverage Group sales representative – Communicate with you about your account, orders, products, and support requests – Verify that purchasers are licensed retailers in good standing – Comply with federal, state, and local alcohol laws and recordkeeping requirements – Protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and security threats — ## 4. How information is shared We share information only as needed to run the Services: – **Reyes Beverage Group.** When you submit an order through the App, your order details (including the vendor’s name, business, delivery address, TABC permit number, and order contents) are sent by email to your designated Reyes sales representative so the order can be fulfilled. – **Supabase (our backend host).** Account and order records are stored in our hosted database operated by Supabase, Inc. on our behalf. – **Your device’s mail app.** Orders are composed and sent through the email client installed on your device. – **Service providers.** We may use vetted vendors (for example, hosting, email, and analytics providers) who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. – **Legal and safety.** We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Garage Oil, LLC, our customers, or the public.
